On Lithium 900mg. Small Lump In Throat Causing Choking, Shallow Breathing. Suggestions?

I've been on lithium 900 mg for about 10 days now and have been sober from any medication for about 9 months. The last 5 days I have been experiencing a small lump in the top of my throat, it feels almost like a choking sensation. The only relief is when I drink water. It is very uncomfortable and irritating. It's also like my throat is closed up a bit, I already have shallow breathing so i feel like my airways are blocked.
