On Multiple Occasions I Have Been Experiencing A Red, Itchy,

On multiple occasions I have been experiencing a red, itchy, blotchy rash on my cheeks and neck. I've noticed that often when I get these rashes I have either woken up the morning of or the day before feeling a little plugged up. I've used a netti pot but nothing comes out. I've also documented what I've been eating to see if there is a pattern and there isn't one. I have a physical scheduled for March and I have been taking pictures to show my doctor but I'd like to try and figure out what is going on. The rash is not attractive!
