On Several Meds For Heart Failure, BP Dropping After Meds. Remedy?
On 5mg bisoprolol , 200 mg amiodorone, 1mg cilazapril, 12.5mg spironolactane, 62.5 digoxin for heart failure plus pentasa and entocort for crohns. Heart failure diagnosed fairly recently and was on higher doses of bisoprolol, cilazapril in hospital. Finding blood pressure dropping very low after meds and yesterday was much more dizzy than usual and bp is 91/65 this morning. Should I still take full amount of meds today.

I read your query very carefully and would like to say that the best thing for you is to stop cilazapril and to go to see your curing doctor.
Also another factor that cause hypotension is any sort of Crohn related hemorrhagia.
