General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry that your son is suffering from Typhoid. It is quite a severe disease. It is obvious that he is feeling very tired and sweating a lot.

Regarding his diet, you can give him anything that is bland. Give him plenty of fluids and fruits. The medicine prescribed is right.

I wish him quick recovery.

Regards,
