One Testicle Little Bigger Than Other And In Pain. Why Would That Happen?

my left testicle little bigger than other and from 2 weeks it is paining......i remember that 3 weeks back am jumped from a wall my two testicles are feel like shock when i jump......from that moment the pain started but slowly now am every time feeling pain not only in testicle left leg paining......what is the problem please tell me is it necessary to consult doctor .....

Hi,
It seems that due to injury there might be some hematoma or infection in your left testicle called Orchitis.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
One course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines will cure your problem.
Give support to your testicles.
