Open Sore Under Foreskin, Yellow Discharge, Foul Smell. Trying To Clean It With Water. Treatment?

I have had an open sore on the underside of my foreskin for about 3 days. It s been a little painful, but i ve just been coping with it. Today when i went to the bathroom, i noticed a strange yellow stain on the front side of my underwear. It smells bad, and i was wondering what it could be. Recently, i ve been trying to clean it with warm water, and to not touch it. I m 15 years old, and a virgin .

Hi,
Thanks for query,
You have infection may be bacterial or viral due to smegma collection below fore skin.
The open sore is due to that only & it gives you discharge & bad smell.
You should consult your doctor as you are not involved in sex & gets infection.
He will prescribe you medicine & rule out other possibility of infection origin like bad hygiene & advice for cleaning of pelvic parts.,.
