Open Sores That Look Like Craters, Feeling Of Something Crawling Out Of It. What Could They Be?
yes i have open sores that started amonth ago and they start out like red dots and some are in a track pattern and older ones look like craters something crawl out of i very worried about themi put antib. oinment on them and also acholel but to me there spreading some look really bad and others look just like a pin prick what are they ?

Open sores with a crater can be due to vasculitis.go for ct.bt .palatelet count and esr.rule out pyoderma gangrenosum.oral antibiotics and oral steriods are required.for treatment
