Open Wound In Mouth, Tasted Blood While Sucking Stranger's Breasts. Will I Get Hiv?

Dear Doctor

I had an open wound in my mouth yesterday. However, I have forgotten about it and sucked the breasts of a masseur.
After doing so for about 10 secs, I tasted some blood in my mouth (I presume the skin broke in my mouth) and immediately stopped. I checked the masseur's breasts but there were no visible cuts.
Will I get HIV from this, presuming there is presence of small cuts, saliva (from previous customers), sweat or breast milk in small amounts? Thanks a million.

Hello
welcome to health care magic
Thanks for your query

HIV can be transmitted from breast milk,,provided if you have any oral ulcers/cuts..

Breast milk comes after delivery normally..
But in cases of hyperprolactinemia because of some drugs or due to pituitary tumor milk develops even with out preganancy...
If your partner is healthy and is devoid of above said abnormalities,,
Then you are safe..
hope you understand my answer
