Oral Sex, Immediate Ejaculation, Weak Numb Erection Post Ejaculation. Treatment?

Hi, i just lost my virginity and i am worried. i am a male 22 year old. and as soon as my gf performed oral sex (first thing she did) i cam immanently. Then i had to wait about 5 minutes and do other stuff to her to re-gain my erection which i did, and then i lasted about 20 minutes straight, but this time my erection was not very good, kinda numb until the last few minutes. i am worried, what can i do ?

As it was your first experience, early ejaculation can occur due to excitement.

Second time erection, just after ejaculation can be weak and numb erection normally.

You should forget about weak erection, take balanced and nutritious diet and multi-vitamin multi-mineral tablet (Supradyn) one daily.

Exercise, particularly aerobic exercise is an effective treatment for erectile weakness.

Thus perform sufficient exercises daily.
