Unprotected oral sex has risk of sexual transmitted diseases (like- herpes, syphilis, HIV, HPV, gonorrhoea, Chlamydia etc.).

I take it as any disease transmission you are asking for. If the persons genital tract is infected, then  the oral cavity and throat of the person using his/her mouth for oral sex can get infected.
