Over The Last Couple Of Days My Ankles And Feet

Over the last couple of days my ankles and feet have gone from what normally when healthy are barely skin on top of veins similar to my hands, but have become so swollen that it looks like there's a double chin in between my ankle and my foot on both feet. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and feet, but this sort of swelling is never happened before, until about a month ago when it happened for the first time. Also I feel what feels similar to insect bites or pin pricks on my lower legs and feet at random times, almost to a disturbing level, for there not to be anything really there biting my leg or stabbing my leg, its like my nerves are shot or something.
