Overactive Sinus Drainage, Went To Chest With Congestion. What Can I Do ?

overactive sinus drainage. worse last week, then went to chest with a bit of congestion, now again it is my sinus s draining. I am using a tshirt and i am soaking them cause my sinus are draining so much. what can i do. I already neti and gargle, steam several times a day with eucalyptus , what else can i do use benadryl at night to dry up enough to sleep.

hello,
You need to see ENT specialist and get---
nasal examination
CT scan nose and paranasal sinuses to get the disease ruled out.
In addition you need to take---
Antibiotics
Antihistaminics
Decongestant tablets and nose drops
And if required steroid nasal sprays

Only netti and gargle wont help.
