Overweight, Have Dizziness And Pressure In The Head On Looking Up From Lying Position. What Treatment Should Be Taken?

When I lie flat on my stomach and look up to read, watch tv or look at the computer, I get dizzy, have pressure in my head and get a headache . I am short and overweight ...technically obese. It s been an issue for the past 2-3 years and I ve always been big, so I don t think it s weight related. Can you help? Should I see a physician?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness and headache.
Since you are obese causes like pseudo tumor cerebri needs to be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination to rule out pseudo tumor cerebri and other causes and treatment accordingly.
