Overweight, Snore Loudly, Sleep With Mouth Open. Taken Non- Snoring Pills And Tried Throat Sprays. Not Cured

I am an 18 year old female. I m slightly overweight but dieting . My problem is that i snore extremely loud. i wake my boyfriend up and its tearing us apart. i sleep with my mouth open so nasal strips dont work. ive take non- snoring pills and tried throat sprays. they dont work either. i dont have the money to buy a mouth piece so what can you suggest?

Hi there,
I would suggest that you do regular exercise 30-45minutes per day 5 days a week. Try to reduce your weight.That might reduce the snoring.Try to sleep on your left or right side.Don't sleep on your back. Avoid smoking/alcohol.
