Iam 25 yr old married woman . I have irregular period and PCOD problem. When I consulted a docter ,she asked to loss weight and prescribed Folinal plus tablet for 3 months and asked to come after that. Can I get pregnent easier, how can an irregular period person control pregnancy without using any artificial method.

Loosing weight is most vital to getting regular periods. Your doctor is right about that.
Since you are still young please loose weight and try for pregnancy. Your cycles may become regular and also you might get pregnant naturally.
