PCOD, Missed Period, Abdomen Pain, Fatigue. Is It Ovarian Cancer?

hello, my problem is that i am polycistic, already have 6 cystis in each ovary ... i haven t had my period for 4 months. only recently, i m experiencing fatigue , my lower abdomen has swollen and dull ache on my tailbone are getting consistent. i can t seem to do much things because i get tired easily. i m a bit worried if this is ovarian cancer .

the complaints what your are mentioned are not pointing to ovarian cancer. But i suggest you to go to Gynecologist who will take care of you by doing examination and few tests.
