PCOS, Oily Skin, Acne Prone, Dry Skin After Shifting Location, Breakouts

I have PCOS and due to this my skin is oily and acne prone.I am taking my medicines to control PCOS.Now I am in pune.My skin all of a sudden becomes dry and again i am having breakouts as a mosquite sting kind of.I have started applying aloe vera gel on my face but as soon as I wash my face,it again gets dry.Please help me out.thanks!

PCOS patients have hormonal disturbances..,
So they have Acne prone and sometimes...
dry and oil ..,
Morning times use..SUNSCREEN LOTION SPF 50..,
Night times use MOISTURIZING cream..,
will give good result..,ok thanQ
