PCOS, Trying To Conceive. Taking Medication. Best Time For Intercourse To Get Pregnant?

hi I am 22 years old I have pcod and trying to concieve. I have irregular menstruation since 7 years. My last menstruation started on 4th May,2013 just day's before. I took OVACET 1BD and ADOVA 1 mg tablet for five days will be start from the 3rd day of menstruation to 7th days as per my doctor's guidance. I want to know the best time for intercorse to get pregnant . is there any chances of conceiving ? is my doctor right ? and another thing i used i Pill pregnancy test kit, but last 5 strips showed negative. so please guide me i am very anxious to get pregnant...

Thanks for posting your query.

From the information you have provided you have PCOS and you are keen to conceive.

I am not sure why you were prescribed , Adova ( anastrazole) to induce ovulation.

We normally use this drug for clomiphene resistant PCOS patients and not as a first line.

We need more clarification in this area.

As your periods have been irregular we need to track your follicles by ultrasound to time ovulation.

I am not sure why you did pregnancy tests now, even before missing your period.
