Pain After Food In Upper Abdomen And Chest. On Antacid. What Did She Experience?
My wife, 30 years-old, excellent health, drank coffee, and ate a cheese bread this morning for breakfast. Following she has felt a pain just above the stomach , and then later it moved to upper chest , but still near the esophagus . I gave her an antacid when she came home, and after about 5 min. She reports that the pain is subsiding. What may she have experienced?

She is having acidity in the stomach (erosive gastritis) that's why pain is there immediately after taking food.
She can take antacids early in the morning on empty stomach for few days..
Skipping break fast is not advisable ( could be the cause of acidity or irregular diet in take..).
