Pain And Bleeding In LLQ Area After Removal Of Stitches. Norco Not Effective

I had my stitches removed on Oct.24, surgery was Oct. 10. It was a TAH. My LLQ started hurting Saturday night the 26th with a lot of bright blood on Sunday. Blood is not bad now, but I still have lots of pain in the LLQ area that is barely relieved by Norco10/325 2 q 4-6 hrs. What do you think? Most positive it is not gas.

HI,
To have slight serrous/ blood discharge after stitch removal is normal. But it should not accompany lot of pain,as you say.
There is possibility of stitch absess which will need antibiotics, dressings.
It's worth while to consult operating surgeon & get treatment advised .Only Norco is not proper.
Thanks.
