Pain And Numbness In Toe. Can Airplanes Cause Dizziness And Ear Infections?

HI there, I am 62 and still dance ballet. The past few weeks when I point my toe (right foot ) I get sharp needle pricking pain in toe. When I touch my toe, part of it feels numb.I also just got back on a plane, can that make you dizzy ? When I put my head down and then up straight I feel very dizzy. ALso when I wash hair and hold my head backwards and then put my head straight, I had to catch myself for falling. I do have issues with ear infections. Can airplane rides cause that ? Thank you for any info. you can give me.

Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
It's heartening to listen that you are still active at 62. That's truly very nice. The symptoms you are telling are likely to related to Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. You have to take some vestibular sedatives like betahistine 16 mg thrice a day for at least a week. Also you have to do some vestibular exercises.
Ya, sometimes air travel can induce this
