Pain And Stiffness On Neck, Shoulder, Hand, Fingers, Not Numb, Dull Pain, Ibuprofen

I have pain and stiffness that starts on the right side of the neck, travels down through my right shoulder, into my tricep and front of elbow , forearm and wrist , top of hand and finally stopping towards the middle of my fingers. No numbness, dull pain, haven t worked it out lately, taken ibuprofen (no result). Started about 5 hours ago and has steadily gotten worse.
