Pain Around Belly Button, Hurts To The Touch, Told It Was Due To Bug, All Tests Normal, Reduced Apetite, Tiredness. Matter Of Concern?

My 7 year old son had had pain around his belly button for the last 4 days. It comes and goes but always hurts when you push on his belly button and when he walk. I have taken him to emergency and they did a urine sample, and xray and blood work and told be that it is just a stomach bug. He is still not feeling better, his appetite was the same up until today but today it is quite less than normal. He is very tired. I am just wondering if there is anything else I should be concerned about?
