Pain At The Bottom Of Throat On Yawning, Heart Pain In Awkward Position. Reason?

the bottom of my throat hurts when i yawn or swallow , i haven t got any cold/ flu symptoms that I m aware of and when in an awkward position it will make my heart hurt for about 5 seconds as well and i don t now what it is. It started half way through today and hasn t gone which i thought it would, it feels like it s hurting more and more thought out the day.

Can be because of reflux esophagitis and use of Proton pump inhibitor will help. Avoid taking excessive tea/coffee and spicy foods. If symptoms persist or increase, consult your doctor.
