Pain Below Teeth On Gums Where Jaw And Cheek Meet, Feeling Of Something There In Mouth. Serious?

This morning I began having pain in my mouth. It's below my teeth on my gums where the jaw and cheek meet. Sometimes when iMovie my mouth a certain way it feels like there is something there. But there isn't anything visible. I can really feel it when I press on the root if the 4th tooth from the back on the right side. Should I wait and see if this persists for a couple of days?
