Pain Due To Plantar Fascitis. Done Ultrasound Treatment, Stretching, Iontophoresis. Should It Always Be Taped?
I have developed plantar fascitis. The pain was moderate for a couple months and then I apparently over stressed it. Bottom line it really increased the inflammation. Ultra sound treatment, stretching, iontophoresis, rest, ice, the boot, taping.... I have done it all ......is improving it but it isn't gone. Orthotics are on order.
I am trying to gauge how/when to begin activities. I walked a mile yesterday and could tell this morning that the fascia was slightly more painful. Do I need to wait until 100% of the pain is gone? Should it always be taped? or is it better to do small amounts of activity without the tape?
