Pain In Abdomen, Missing Periods. Did Not Have Sex, But Not Sure Whether Precum Went Inside. Suggestions?

i have had a foreplay with my partner, as a result of which she had consumed an i-pill, although we did not have any sort of sexual intercourse, just as we were not sure about the fact that the precum went inside or not. Now it has been six days, her periods have not started than the usual time, and she is feeling immense pain in her abdomen for the past 5 days or so. Pregnancy tests have also turned out to be negative.
Please help. thank you

Hello dear,

The fact that the pregnancy test have come negative indicate that your partner is not pregnant.
The main reason for delay in the periods is the i-pill.
The i pill have a high hormonal content.
And when consumed, it causes a hormonal imbalance in the body which is expressed in the form of delayed periods and other symptoms.

Symptomatic relief from pain can be achieved with Dicyclomine preparations.
However, if the pain still persists, kindly consult a Gynecologist.
Investigation like complete blood count & Ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis will be needed to rule out any pathological cause for the abdominal pain & delayed periods.

There is no need to worry, she will be fine.
