Pain In Arm And Shoulder. Can't Sleep On Left Side, Something Wrong In Armpit And Breast. What's Wrong?

hi, i`m suffering from a strange problem, i myself could not make out either i`m feeling like pain of asleep arm or shoulder ,, i cant sleep on left side because something is wrong under my armpit and near left breast but not in whole breast area, whenever i use to raise my hand upwards it seems like it will asleep or something is happening wrong

You need to be examines properly as it can be infection or sprain or somethign serious.
