Pain In Breast And Under Arm With Small White Bump On The Tip Of Nipple

Okay. I have been having pain in my right breast all week, and then today, it began in my left breast and under the arm. I looked at both breast today, when the pain started in y left and I have a small white bump on the tip of my nipple. Also, my left nipple has changed shape to a very pointed nipple, instead of the rounded one I have had. Feeling of pressure in both breasts too. Pain is about a 3 in left breast and four in right and under arm there too.

Hello

Pain in both the breasts is common in women a few days prior to onset of periods. It is due to the hormonal effects.

You can have a self Breast examination to find out any lump and further consult a gynecologist.
