Pain In Buttocks And Thighs, Red Rashes. Why? Is It A Sun Burn?
Hello, my 8 year old son began complaining of pain on his buttocks and backs of his upper thighs. When I looked at it, hehas a terrible red rash that is hot to the touch and causing him quite a bit of discomfort. We have not changed detergent, and he was not wearing anything new. The rash is flat, like a sunburn . Any help you could lend would be greatly appreciated.

HI I THINK TERRIBLE RASH OVER THE BUTTOCKS CAN BE ACUTE URTICARIA OR ANY IRRITANT DERMATITIS OR TINEA CRURIS .IT CAN BE TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTIC, ANTIHISTAMINE .FIRST APPLY A STERIOD CREAM TO DECREASE REDNESS AND THEN TREAT ACCORDINGLY
