Your symptoms sound as if you are suffering from GERD or reflux disease. Here stomach acid comes up in the food pipe and upto throat and cause irritation. You may take a PPI and a prokinetic after consulting your physician. Avoid spicy and oily food. Take small frequent meals, do not take too much water or liquids with your food, do not lie down soon after your meals and avoid smoking and alcohol.
