Pain In Center Of Chest, Trouble In Breathing

Over the past month or so I ve had a very sharp pain in the center of my chest . The 2nd time it happened it took my breath away and scared me to the point I had to pull over. I was able to breath through it and it hasn t happened since until today. Its happened at least 2-3 times although now as severe but I just noticed its also tender when I press on my breastbone area. I m only 35 and don t want to panic but I m scared to keep letting it go.

If it is tender when you press your sternum(breastbone)you probably have costochondritis which can be caused by working a lot in astooped posture. You can take T Etorocoxib 90mg once daily for a week to relieve the pain.some physiotherapy using an ultrasound probe can be useful to relieve the pain. But before doing all this you have to take an ECG and see the cardiologist to make sure that the pain is not related to any heart condition
