Pain In Chest. Why Does It Sting? Paranoid. Major Issue?

hi i am a little cocerned as i keep getting a slightly stinging pain in the right side of my chest and some times it aches a bit I go jogging some times 2 or 3 times a week and this doesent seem to make it worse if anything it seems to help me breath through my nose easier someone did tell me once that it may be linked to the start of the change as im 45. im getting a bit paranoid although it doesent seem to cause any major pain . my cusion had a hartattach at the age of 45 so i did have my chest checked years ago and it was fine. I dont smoke but do work in swimming pools and sometimes this worries me

You need to consult a doctor to rule in specific cause of the pain.

Your doctor shall advise you some baseline tests like ecg, chest x ray etc which help reach the diagnosis or at least rule out cardiac pain.
