General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! It could just be a muscle spasm which got relieved of its own. But considering the age, I would suggest you to go to your family physician/cardiologist/nearby emergency room of a hospital to get reviewed clinically with some basic investigations for not missing out any other pathology related to your cardio-vascular system which can not be confirmed with our discussion. Wishing you good luck.

General & Family Physician Dr. Vasudha's  Response
The normality for heart raye & Blood pressure varies from person to person.Normal adult heart rate ranges from 60 to 100. & normal blood pressure is around 120/80 mm of Hg.
Now I observe your heart rate to be a bit lower than normal. Please don't be tense, the reading may have to be repeated.& your readings seem to be nearer to normal after your work outs.Still you must exclude doubts.
Please go to your health care taker & get the Hr & BP checked again.
consult a Cardiologist show him the reading. He may investigate you with ECG & advice you the needed.
Thank you.
