Pain In Diaphragm, Loss Of Appetite. Taken Azithromycin For Throat Infection. Suggestion?

hi doctor, i have taken azithromycin to cure my throat infection. now that is cured but i am suffering from stomach problem since last week. i have lost my apetite, vomit even after a single sip of water. i have taken occid and emset. now there is no vomiting but i am unable to walk, there is a pain near diaphragm, n my breathe fasts as i leave my bed. please give me a suggestion to treat this problem. i feel like i m dying,

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Certain drugs ( antibiotics ) , azithromycin is one of them, develops hyper acidity in stomach , if taken by mouth ( orally).
Since you took this drug and develops gastritis.
This gastritis produce stomach pain ,vomiting,loss of appetite.
Gastritis causes pain in diaphragm ( just above & over stomach).
All these symptoms are sufficient to develop fatigue in a patient, same thing happened with you.

Bland diet with milk 50 ml 4-5 times in day will give you relief.
Rest 2-3 days also good.
