Pain In Eyes, Headache. Was Wearing Glasses, Stopped Wearing For 2 Months. Cause Of Pain?

I wear glasses and my left eye is stronger than my right and I haven't worn my glasses for a couple months now. And l think my eye (the right one) is getting lazy. I started to wear my glasses again, not all the time but often. And now I get the worst pains in my eyes. Sometimes even headaches too. Anything l can do.. or what the pain is called?

Hello,
Refractive error particularly astigmatism and small refractive errors can cause headache because of the strain of the muscles of the eye. If you can send me the details of your refractive error with the power prescribed in your glasses I will be able to advice you better.
Regarding your second question lazy eye also called as ambylopia is seen only in children below 6 years of age, if they have refractive error in one eye or unequal refractive error which is not corrected.
I advice you to visit your eye doctor for examination of the refractive error and precription depending on that.
Thank you
