Pain In Foot. Reduced Pain With Ayurvedic Medicines. Anything Else To Be Taken To Cure The Pain Fully?

I am sixty three years old, I am having foot pain for the past ten days, I am taking maha yogaraj gugulu 2, 2 tab and ashwagandha churna at bed time for sleeping. I am also taking seacod tab daily twice, my foot pain reduced not went fully, please tell anything extra I want to take to cure my pain fully.

Thanks for the query to H. C. M. forum.
It is very nice to see that Ayurvedic medicine is working properly .
In my opinion , you should this medicines at least 3-6 months for complete cureof your foot pain.
If pain further aggravate than ,think about another remedy.

considering your 63 yrs of age ,Vat dosha is predominant in this age group (acoord. to Ayurvrda). And all pains are due to Vat dosha(especially at joints).

So, the medicines you are taking are good and they are showing their results, so continue those medicines.

In addition to this just apply warm Narayan oil or Dhawantar oil, & do little massage

this will really take care of your pain..!

1. Foot pain in your age ask for evaluation regarding blood sugar level and X-ray of the affected foot for further evaluation and management by an Orthopedics.
2. Massage the foot with Dashmool or saindhav oil, and take
.kaishor guggulu 1gm
sutshekhar ras 500mg with milk twice a day.

Hi..
Ayurveda says that pain is due to aggravation of Vata. So drugs which pacifies Vata is good.Along with the above medicines ,Maha Rasnadi Kwath can be taken internally twice daily before food.For external application Pinyaka Taila, Maha narayana taila etc are good. Also give sudation to the foot with water boiled with the leaves of Tamarind , Castor oil plant etc .This will help you more..
