Pain In Gums. Smoking, Chewing Paan Masala Previously. Oral Cancer?
Doctor, I am a 21 year old Indian, I used to smoke 8-10 cigarettes a day and 2-3 pouches of Rajnigandha paan masala everyday for 2 years. since 3 months, I have left All my addictions . But recently (past 2 days) I have pain in my gums ( not hard, but mild) and it is not always paining but sometimes, in intervals. Sir can it be Oral Cancer ? Please guide

Please donot ignore these symptoms and get a proper checkup done by ENT or dental surgeon. Cancer cannot be proven or disproven on basis of symptoms alone.

It is unlikely to be oral cancer from the symptoms described.
Could be infection of gums - gingivitis or dental caries. Please see a dentist.
