Hi,

I am sorry for your pain. There are multiple things that can cause your kind of pain. But the main thing that has to be worried about is the ones related to heart. As you have pain in in chest though not very severe and in jaw, neck and ear as well, it would be better to get ECG and other related tests done as soon as possible to exclude heart related pathology. I suggest to get the related work up done by an ineternal medicine doctor.

Take Care!
