Pain In Left Arm, Lump On Left Nipple, Burning Sensation In Breast. Had Breast Implant 4 Years Ago. Suggestions?

hi my name is Kelly age 37 had algan breast implants 4 years ago have recently been sufferering with an aching in my left arm as if I have slept on in on night and now I have found a lump under my left nipple and is about the size of large pea also I have a heavy burning sensation in the breast and under armpit many thanks for your help and time from Kelly

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Better to consult gynecologist or general surgeon once and get examined.
You need one sonomammogram find out the actual nature of the lesion.
If your doctor recommends you may have to go for fine needle aspiration biopsy of the lump.
By these the exact nature of the lesion can be identified.
And depending on that treatment can be planned.
The pain in the armpit you are having could be due to lymphnodal involvement.
