Pain In Left Breast, No Lump. Severe Pain In Back, Elbow, Shoulders. Pinched Nerve?

For about two weeks now I have had pain in my left breast , but feeling about there is no actual lump or pain there, but there is just above the back of my elbow and the top of the shoulder . Also sometimes I have severe pain in the centre of my back where my bra clips. Is this likely anything more than a pinched nerve? I worry a lot.

Hi,

First, If you are waiting for the periods in, it could be because of periods.
If the periods is not the issue, could be pinched nerve, however, we should first rule out:

- heart problems (check ECG, cardiac echo, etc)
- liver or pancreas problems (abdominal ultrasound, liver and pancreas enzymes in blood)
- arthritis (chest X-ray)

Consult your physician to get treated as soon as possible.

All the best!
