Pain In Lower Abdomen And Heavy Bleeding. Could This Be Early Symptom Of Ectopic Pregnancy ?

I have the mirena coil fitted but for the past month I have been getting pins and needles in my legs and mainly right foot and for a few weeks I have been having pain in my left lower abdoman and yesterday I started feeling sick and have been since, also I have been spotting and bleeding heavy on and off.
