Pain In Lower Back, Leg. MRI, Lumbar Spine Scan Done. What Do The Results Indicate?

Hi,

My wife had undergone an MRI - Lumbar Spine scan done on Saturday. Below are patient details:
Female / 35Y / She is facing pain in the lower back and it is going to leg as well. So we were prescribed an MRI to be done.

Below is the Impression from the MRI report:

MRI LUMBAR SPINE
Impression
1) Mild bulge at the L4-L5 disc, impinging on the thecal sac.
2) Abnormal hyperintense marrow signlas in D10 vertebral body on T1, T2 and
STIR sequences - s/o hemangioma.

I wanted to know is it something normal or I need to worry about.

Regards,
Param.
