Pain In Lower Left Abdomen, Low Towards Groin. What To Do ?

For a few weeks now I have had pain in my lower left abdomen. I thought that it was muscular as the pain appears stronger when I tense my abdominal muscles or cough. However, my muscles don't hurt to touch or prod and the pain appears to be very localised and low towards my groin. It does not hurt to pass water and other movements appear normal. The pain is definitely not going away and if anything is getting worse.

Hi,
From your history it seems that you might be having inguinal hernia giving rise to this type of feeling.
Consult surgeon and get physically examined.
Avoid constipation and coughing.
Ok and take care.
