Pain In Lower Stomach, Swelling In Nipples, Headaches. Pregnant?
I am woman of 29. the due date of my menstrual cycle was 5th of April,2013.but it didnt come.besides i have a sharp pain in my lower left part of my abdomen, my nipples are also feeling swelled up and moreover i have slight headache in the left part of my head which is coming and going. I really very weak for the last 1 week. I am afraid is it pregnancy?

You have not mentioned are you married or sexually active?
These are premenstrual symptoms also so don't be upset so much.
Premenstrual symptoms -which occur prior to due date because of harmonal changes.
Consult a gynaecologist for urine,blood and USG to rule out pregnancy.
