Pain In My Upper Abdomen For The Past 40 Hours. Pains When Pressed Or Inhaled Deeply. No Blood In Stool, No Nausea Or Vomiting. Took Gas X, Tums And Pepto Bismol

I have had a pain in my upper abdomen approximately the last 40 hours. It hurts when pressed, and seems to be more uncomfortable when I eat. Also hurts to breathe deeply. My stools do not contain blood, and I do not have nausea or vomiting. It seems to get worse as I walk around. I took Gas x, previously I took Tums and Pepto Bismol.

please consult a good physician , it may be only spsam but may be severe please go for checkups have little sips of hot water, give hotwater fomentation
