Pain In Penis, Swollen Above Testicles, Sore When Urinating
My son who s nearly 13 has pain and discomfort at the base of his penis he hasn t had any injury and it s swollen above his testicles at the shaft,he s also saying it s sore when urinating his foreskin is not sore an his testicles are fine.

I really appreciate your concern this could be either injury or infection in either condition this needs treatment, if I would be his doctor then I would treat your son with the following treatment,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg tree times in day
wait for some days if this does not comes around then need to be seen for clinical examination hope this information helps you have nice day.
