Pain In Right Ovary, Unstable Periods Last Month. Had Intercourse. When Should I Take A Pregnancy Test?

I am 27 years old, i had intercourse with my husband 3 days ago, and now i feel some pain in my right ovary, my period was very unstable last month, it came last month regular n then after a week it started spotting n then came again n finished so im not sure exactly when is the next one coming im not sure if im late now or i should calculate from the time the second one finished..im now afraid i might be pregnant i have a baby already who is 22 months old n making me crazy. When can i take a pregnancy test

You can undergo one home pregnancy test after 2 weeks of last intercourse to rule out conception. Blood test for beta-hCG is more reliable. Irregular spotting may occur with hormonal imbalance, stress, pelvic pathology, over weight, irregular diet etcetera.
Here, you need to consult with gynecologist for other relevant investigation like USG, hormone scan etcetera to pin point the diagnosis. Take suggestive measures accordingly.
