Pain In Right Side Of Chest While Swallowing Or Breathing. What Could Be This?

Hello, I am having a pain in the right side of my chest, predomantly when I swallow or breathe. I am a 21 year old male and have been smoking for about 4 months. The pain is fairly constant but is at its worse when swallowing or taking a deep breath, I was wondering it could be allergy related or if it is something more serious.

Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic. Thank you for your querry.
Allergies donf manifest on this way. There shouldnt be pain in your chest. It can be sign of lung or throat inflammation due to infection or smoking as well. Also some gastritis and GERD can cause similar symptoms so I suggest to visit pulmologist and gastroenterologist for further tests. Wish you good health.
