Pain In Shoulders, Shortness Of Breath, Fatigue, Coughing. Symptoms Of Heart Attack?

My husband who is 67 and weighs 220 poundes seems to have most of the symptoms of a heart attack with the pain in his shoulders and breast bone area, short of breath, fatigue, dizzy, feels like something stuck in his throat and coughs constantly, can't lay down without feeling like he is drowning and wonders what would be done for him if he is taking a heart attack.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
You better go for cardiac evaluation, it included EKG, Stress test, Angiography, if necessary Angioplasty, echocardiography, these would clear the diagnosis, the history of your husband is highly suggestive of these investigations take care of your husband, have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
